    • What if I want to make a color change on a dress how much will that cost?
Nothing, just pick a color from the color chart. Please remember that if you are ordering more then one bridesmaids gown it is always best to have them made at the same time as every dye lot may differ slightly.Because colors vary from fabric to fabric, brand name to brand name and even from dye lot to dye lot, please make sure you mail us a color swatch if you are looking to have an exact color or fabric match.

    • Can I choose a different fabric?
Yes, you can. While we use very nice standard materials for all of our custom Gowns, we can definitely use a fabric type, and colors of you're choosing. Please provide us with the name of the fabric store, phone number, address and web site address of the specific store. We will also need the exact fabric name and color description or part number and the price per yard. We will then re-calculate the cost of your gown including the cost of the ordered fabric and any shipping fees that would be necessary to get this to our seamstress. Please note, that we will not physically go to the fabric store to order this, it will have to be something that can be ordered on line. This also includes any smaller details, appliqués, beads, lace, straps and so on.

    • I love this gown but am not crazy about the sequins they used on it, can I change that and say ask for Swarovski crystals to be used instead?
Yes, you can. Please communicate to us exactly how you would like your bead work to look. You can do this by sending large, clear, close up photos of pictures of a pattern seen on another gown, color requests by Swarovski color charts, or send us the bead/appliqué so we can forward this to our seamstress for inspection. Also please send detailed descriptions of how the beading should be placed on the gown. Front, and back?...Front top only? down the seam? In various places throughout the dress? And so on. In some cases brides have provided us with a diagram of the gown and penciled in where they would like the components' paced, this works very well. The more info you provide, the better chance that you will get what you want on the first try. Please understand that is upgrading components, the base price will probably be affected and additional costs may occur.

    • When should I start shopping for a Gown?
We suggest that you start at least 3-6 months before your wedding. There are so many gorgeous Gowns to choose from that you want to give yourself time to find the perfect gown and then plenty of time for it to be made. You will also want some time to match jewelry or accessories to your gown, as well as give you plenty of time should you want any small additional modifications

    • I just put a deposit on a dress to have made and I found one that I like better, can I change my order?
Yes, however you will forfeit your deposit or half of the cost of the gown once the dress has been started.

    • Can I cancel a dress I ordered?
All sales are final on custom made gowns and no refunds ore offered unless the dress is grossly flawed. If flawed we request appropriate time to fix the flaws, generally a minimum of 3 showings/ fittings is standard practice before any refund is issued. If the gown is made from a gown off of our web site then you may be eligible for a partial refund providing that the process is followed and we are allowed to make any changes, fixes or alterations to a gown that was requested prior to the gown manufacturing. A minimum of 3 showings/ viewings must occur.

    • What's the difference between ordering from a store and ordering on-line?
Nothing really. We can make a alternative version of almost any dress at a fraction of the cost. Obviously you cannot touch, feel or try on the sample dress on-line. But in most cases the wedding stores are doing the same thing we do, having the gowns made from their manufacturers. Because we don't have all of the overhead and sales people to pay, we can sell our gowns in some cases up to 80% less than an original. For those that are a little shy, or prefer to do things for themselves and keep the x-tra cash they will save, this is a great alternative. I know most Brides already have that perfect gown in mind and so the hard part is already done.

    • How do I know what size to order?
Please see our sizing chart. Wedding gowns and special occasion dresses run small so it will be necessary for you to take exact measurements so we can make the dress to custom fit you exactly. Not doing this can reslult in a wrong fit that we cannot be responsible for. PLease have someone do this for you, measurements taken on yourself tend to be off slightly.

    • Is it safe to buy my gown on-line?
It would be best to buy a designer gown at a reputable authorized dealer if you want to pay and own a original design. If you are looking to save a bundle and are willing to go with a knock-off or replica you can rest assured that we are a trust worthy on-line wedding store and we have been in business since 1999. We strive to uphold our reputation so we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and work diligently to make that happen. We won't tell if you don't ; ) We will do alterations and make changes as many times as needed to make you the gown of your dreams.

    • Are your gowns originals?
Some are from our own line and some are inspired by top notch designers at a fraction of the cost. Designers do not hand make each dress they sell, they have manufacturers make the gowns, and we do this as well. We have professional seamstresses that have been in the business of making wedding dreams come true for many, many years at a fraction of the cost. And we can make a copy replica of the dress you have in mind and no-one will know the difference. Please understand that in most cases there will be slight differences from the original gown you ordered as making an exact copy would be an infringement on copyrights. We can make slight alterations at no cast as well.

    • Do I have to pay for my gown in full at the time of purchase?
We realize that paying for a wedding and all the necessary item needed can be a bit spendy. we want to help alleviate some of that burden by offering a layaway program. *Layaway is only available for purchases that include a wedding gown. *A non-refundable deposit equaling a third of your total cost is required. *Manufacturing of your dress will start once your deposit is accepted. *You may cancel or return your order/gown at any time and will be refunded all money paid less your deposit.(see returns) *The free jewelry does NOT qualify when using layaway. *You must pay for your order in full before the merchandise is shipped out. *You must pay the remaining balance off within 60 days or a $15.00 storage fee will be added *After 90 days you will forfeit your order and any money less your deposit will be returned

    • Can I purchase bridesmaids gowns, flower girl dresses and mother of the bride dresses from you?
Yes, you can. We strongly suggest that all your dresses be ordered at the same time so you can assure the same exact color for all dresses. Each dye lot on fabric can be slightly off, so ordering all at the same time will enable the manufacture to make the gowns from the same fabric lot.

    • How long will it take to make my wedding gown?
Generally 4-8 weeks. We recommend that you allow at least 2.5-3 months for these orders. In case one of the bridesmaids is a little shy about her measurements and gives her sizes just a little off, a small alteration may be needed. This also allows us time to have the dress sent back to fix anything that you may want changed or altered after the first viewing. Nothing that can't be fixed just always good to have that little extra time for cases such as these.

    • Can I return a gown?
All sales are final. If you find something that you are unhappy with you must contact us within 24 hours so we have an opportunity to fix it. In some cases a partial refund may be available for gowns made from our web site. Any returns must be communicated to us in writing so we can issue a return Number. We will refuse anything sent to us without prior consent.

    • I need a gown to be longer then the average length, is that possible?
Yes! We custom make all of our gowns to fit you and your taste per your measurement requirements.

    • I have found a gown that I love and want something very similar made, how do I know what kind of fabric and what the color is called?
If you are at a bridal boutique simply ask them for that information, they should be able to tell you the exact fabric used as well as the color name. Then contact some of your local fabric stores and ask them if they carry that material. In some case if you have a color swatch to send to us we can do a comparison match to see if we have the fabric and color you want in store saving us the extra time and hassle of ordering it elsewhere.

    • I want a gown made for me and I have a photo, can I e-mail it to you?
Yes! Please do, this is our specialty. Please e-mail your photo, front, back, sides and close ups of any beading work, bunches, floral sew ons or any specifics to us as well as any special requirements and we will get back to you with a price quote. If our quote meets your budget, then we can get all the specifics from you and get started. As stated previous, the gown we make will be slightly different than the pictures sent to avoid copy right infringements. Please send as many large clear photos and angles of the gown as possible as well as the many details you would like to see on the dress. the more info you give us, the less that will be left up to our interpretation. E-mail us a color swatch of the exact color you are after if you are needing a very close color match. There are many variances of colors from fabric to fabric and even dye lot to dye lot. we use a very fine silk and satin but if you need a certain type/color, etc. please contact us so we can give you instructions on how to mail us a color swatch or we may need to order a certain fabric for the making of your gown. Make sure to include any slight changes you would like to the gown. The more details them better. Most custom orders like this will generally require a 2nd veiwing, and may require additional time to manufacturer.

    • What if there is a problem with the gown or I am not happy with something?
We definitely want you to be happy with your purchase, so please let us know within 24 hours of viewing or receiving the gown if you are unhappy with anything so we can try and correct the problem. If this was an error on our part we will repair or fix at no charge. If there is something you just don't like after the gown was made but this was not communicated beforehand there may be addition fees involved to fix this. Please make sure we have all pertinent info before the gown is ordered. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we are not allowed to try and fix any problems that occur. Additional alterations could take 3-5 weeks to accommodate. It is up to the Bride to make sure we have pertinent information before we make the gown. Keep in mind that the only reference our seamstresses have to make a custom gown will be what you provide to us. So make sure we have all details in photo and in writing. Provide several large, clear, close ups of any details, beading etc. Make sure you have sent any color swatches for fabric requiring a perfect match. Should you decide to provide your own chosen fabric and not use our fabric then please send us the location, name and color choice of fabric you would like to use and we will order it and have it sent to the seamstress, additional fees may occur if you are upgrading any components normally used on the gown. By having you provide the necessary information yourselves and do all the foot work so to speak, this enables us to keep our costs down. If you need further instruction please do not hesitate to discuss these faqs with us. E-mail us or call us.

    • How do you ship my gown?
We ship most all of our gowns inside out, especially if there is beading on the dress. We also enclose it in plastic and place the gown in our custom gift box. Please note that you will want to steam the gown before the wedding as it will probably be wrinkled from the shipping.

    • Do I get a discount on Jewelry if i buy a Gown?
When you purchase a wedding gown and PAY IN FULL at the time of order, you will receive 15% off any jewelry or accessories you purchase through us.

    • Can you make jewelry to match my Gown?
Yes, this is my area of expertise; I am a jewelry artist after all. Onec we have made the gowns just send me a description of the jewelry you would like made, via photos, and details, and we can get started. If you are using a specific bead, IE, Swarovski crystal on your gown for example, I would be able to use the same bead for your jewelry. Call or e-mail me with any questions.

    • What is the process?
Please start out by reading the FAQS section so this can be a successful transaction. Then contact us with further questions, concerns or comments. The first step is finding the perfect gown that fits your body type. Not all gowns that look great on a size 2 model will look as good on a larger frame, and visa versa. So we would suggest that you spend several weeks trying on many gowns to find just the right one. Once you find that gown you can e-mail us photos and a written description for a base price. For this a couple of good pictures are generally all that is needed to estimate amount of fabric, complexity and time spent to make this gown. Please include any detailed or intricate designs so we can quote a appropriate price. The next step would be to collect all of the photos and details pertaining to the gown. Please make sure you send us many large, clear, and close up photos of every aspect and angle of the gown. Keep in mind that in most cases this information is the only thing our seamstresses have to go on. So the more information you send, the less left up to chance and interpretation. We will need measurements, see sizing chart. We will need you to select a color from the color chart, or you can mail us a color swatch of a color you need to match and we can let you know if we have a close enough match. If you are selecting a specific fabric from elsewhere it is up to you to supply the name, address, and phone number to the fabric store as well as the name of fabric, color and any information we need to order this fabric for the making of your gown. If you are upgrading any components to the gown additional fees could occur. I would like to reiterate that not all fabrics are the same. Colors shades differ as do fabric textures..so it is very important to send us a color swatch so we can tell you whether or not the color/fabric will match if you need an exact color/shade/fabric match..if we feel it is not a close enough match then we may have to order the fabric of your choosing to have the gowns made. It is also our hope that you will love the dress the first time you see it, but under these circumstances we realize that sometimes things need to be modified and changed. We are no different than any other bridal salons and sometimes a 2nd and 3rd viewing/ fitting is needed. You must give us the opportunity to fix, correct or make the necessary changes to your gown in effort to give you a product you love. Additional 3-5 weeks for repairs, changes or alterations can apply. Please communicate anything that is important to you that should be on the dress. Remember, our seamstresses have no patterns on custom gowns sent via a photo and they only have the information you provide, so depending on how picky you would like to be, please make sure that important facts are asked and discussed before the gown is ordered. Once the gown is made we can change most things but if the change isn't due to our error then additional costs may incur. Once the price is agreed to and the price is paid you have entered a binding contract and cannot then cancel your order. We would love to discuss this with you further and answer any questions you may have, just give us a call or e-mail us!

    • I am overwhelmed and confused about this process and where to start, can you help me?
Of course. Once you have reviewed the gown FAQs section, call us so we can over all of the details and clarify the process from you. We want this time to be easy and comfortable for you and would be happy to help you with any questions or concerns you have.

    • Rush orders
Because your dress is manufactured by our professional team of seamstresses, and we have to allow for shipping time the fastest that we could possibly get the gown to you would be apr. 3 weeks give or take. If this will work for you we ask for a $35.00 non-refundable deposit.
