  • Returns:
We try very hard to give a good photo as well as description of the merchandise offered through our site. Because Most of our products are made at the time they are ordered and a large portion of our merchandise is shipped directly from the manufacturer we can only accept returns within 3 days after receipt on any merchandise. You will be charged a 20% re-stock fee on merchandise returned for any reason other than flawed merchandise. This enables us to keep our prices low since we are a on-line store only with no warehouse. Please contact us prior to ordering with any questions. It is your responsibility to check all items upon Receipt for defects, miss-mates, fabric, size & color. Dyed shoes, handbags, special orders and most jewelry are not returnable, unless defective. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of order for return authorization. Items returned for any reason with authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges are at the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Any "rush" fees, or expedited shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please contact us right away if you need to return an item based on the above and we will send you return instructions. Under no circumstances do we accept returns on or after the wedding date listing on the order form. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages please contact the post office right away for any box that is damaged upon receipt. We use USPS for merchandise mailed from us and UPS for merchandise shipped from the manufacturer. We will mail you a tracking number once your merchandise has shipped out in most cases. Most of our shoes and handbags give the option of metal color, dyed materials and fabric choices. Because of this, most of the shoes are made at the time of order to your specific requests, I.E. size, color, fabric choice, etc. So we are un-able to give refunds for these. If you have an item that is defective then please contact us within 3 days for authorization of return. Under no circumstances do we accept returns on or after the wedding date listing on the order form. See Gown Faqs for Gown returns.

  • Estimated time of shipping:
Most of our merchandise available on our site will mail out within 3-5 days, however, because a great portion of our products are handmade at the time of order, the manufacturing time can be as long as 3 weeks. In most cases this is only during the busy months and is rare. Special orders and special Requests can take longer as well. IE. dyed items or larger orders. Please see "RUSH" order if you need this sooner. Contact us first so we can check our production schedule as we may be able to Rush your order at no extra fee. We cannot be responsible and will not take merchandise back due to the fact that it was not received in time. Shipping time can be anywhere from 3-7 days depending on where you are located. Please include this time allowance when ordering. International order will take longer, please contact us for information.

  • Why do you ask for the wedding date?
We ask for the wedding date so we can insure that our merchandise is not being used for the wedding and then returned to us for a refund. When dis-honest people try and use and return things it drives our costs up as we are on-line only and do not have a warehouse to store and keep things. In most cases our merchandise is hand made at the time you order to your specifics, sizes, colors, etc. So these things can rarely be resold and become a loss to us. We will not take back any merchandise after the listed wedding date under any circumstances. So please inspect your purchase as soon as you get it.

  • What is Sterling silver:
Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by weight of silver and 7.5% by weight of other metals, usually copper. The sterling silver standard has a minimum millesimal fineness of 925. Pair of sterling silver forksFine silver (99.9% pure) is generally too soft for producing large functional objects; therefore, the silver is usually alloyed with copper to give it strength, while at the same time preserving the ductility and beauty of the precious metal. Other metals can replace the copper, usually with the intent to improve various properties of the basic sterling alloy such as reducing casting porosity, eliminating firescale, and increasing resistance to tarnish. These replacement metals include germanium, zinc and platinum, as well as a variety of other additives, including silicon and boron. A number of alloys, such as Argentium sterling silver have appeared in recent years, formulated to lessen firescale or to inhibit tarnish, and this has sparked heavy competition among the various manufacturers, who are rushing to make claims of having the best formulation. However, no one alloy has emerged to replace copper as the industry standard, and alloy development is a very active area.

  • What is 14k gold-filled:
14K gold filled wire is a professional jewelers grade wire. It will not tarnish, crack, chip, peel, or turn your skin green. Under normal circumstances it will last an entire lifetime. Gold filled wire is not plated. It is a tube of solid 14K gold that is then filled with jeweler's brass. There is 100 times more gold in gold filled than in gold plate wire. The cost of gold filled wire fluctuates with the daily gold market on the stock exchange. 14K gold filled wire matches your solid 14K gold jewelry perfectly because that is exactly what you are looking at; 14K gold.

  • What is 14k or 24k vermeil:
(Pronounced: Vermay) is sterling silver that has been gold-plated. Most of our vermeil is plated with 22K-24K gold. This is a good combination for those with allergy to normal, plated jewelry items. The difference between vermeil, and gold-filled, is in the thickness of the gold and the base metal used. In vermeil, the base is sterling silver.

  • What is a Swarovski crystal:
A Swarovski Crystal is one of the most recognized brand of crystals in the world today. Sold under the Swarovski luxury brand name, these crystals have been famous worldwide for their precision cuts, clarity, and sparkle. Swarovski crystals have made appearances in all pieces of jewelry imaginable, including necklaces and pendants, earrings, rings, stick-on tattoos, and tiaras. They are now even used as appliques in clothing fashions and home decor, among myriad other things. The Swarovski company was first established in 1895 as a crystal cutting factory in the town of Wattens, Austria. Its founder, Czech-born Daniel Swarovski, invented the first automatic cutting machine in 1892. Three years after having patented crystal-glass abrasion methods using his machine, Swarovski moved to Wattens, where he could take fully optimize usage of the local hydroelectric power there. Hydroelectric power lent his factory the intensive energy needed for his patented processes. The Swarovski company first adopted the edelweiss flower as the logo until 1988, when it was replaced by the currently recognized swan. The logo appears on all sculptures manufactured by the company.
